The problems we see in culture are downstream from unformed men.

Many men carry heavy responsibilities — marriage, family, business. Yet when they look around, they see too many casualties: splintering marriages, broken families, business stresses, and crumbling communities.

Many men desire something more. Something strong. Something noble. Something that doesn’t just stem the tide of breakdown, but creates something that thrives.

The Kalos Initiative exists to restore order, vision, and purpose through a journey of clarity, calling, and courage. That’s the transformative power of a God-ordained vision in a man’s life.

About Me

I’m Dr. Greg Gilbaugh.

I Help Men in Every Season of Life.

Meet Dr. Gilbaugh—a dentist, executive and leadership coach, and devoted husband to his wife, Laura. Together, they live in Coralville, Iowa, where they have raised and supported their nine children.

For over 20 years, Dr. Gilbaugh has served on the elder and pastoral team at Grace Community Church. He is passionate about equipping men to lead with purpose in their marriages, families, workplaces, churches, and communities through his Men’s Institute curriculum. In addition to his dental career, he is an accomplished author and engaging speaker, sharing practical insights on men’s issues at conferences, retreats, and on podcasts.
